Our quality process covers moisture and fermentation control, sorting and analysis. Certifications are shown only when valid and verifiable.

Our quality process

Each lot undergoes controls: moisture level, fermentation quality, defect sorting and, where relevant, laboratory analysis. The goal is consistent, reproducible quality.
